The average production time is about 2 weeks after payment. Of course, this time may differ from earlier orders received. We will then send the product by mail to the address (3-7 days of delivery) or by packet to the delivery branch of your choice (2 days)

Unfortunately, no. Since all products are custom-made for the customer, they are unique and original, so we can no longer offer them for sale. For advertising, we can only accept a product that was damaged after it was delivered to the address, or an error appeared during normal use within 30 days, which makes further use of the product impossible. This does not apply if the product is destroyed by subsequent biting, tearing by your dog, exposure to fire or anything that violates the integrity of the material outside of normal wear is not a manufacturing fault. Soiling, possible fading and fraying are signs of normal use and do not indicate a defective product.
